Ms. Kraft has committed her litigation skills to representing injured persons. She takes special care to give her clients high quality and consistent communication regarding the status of their case.
Ms. Kraft graduated cum laude from Avila College in Kansas City, Missouri with her Bachelor of Arts degree. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, graduating with distinction and the honor of the Order of the Bench and Robe. She is a member of the Kansas Bar, the Illinois Bar, and the Missouri Bar, and represents clients nationwide.
Ms. Kraft has spent her entire eighteen-year career as an attorney in civil litigation matters. Her specialty is pharmaceutical products liability, and she serves on the Science and discovery committees for several products Multi-District Litigation (MDL) cases, including In re Ortho Evra® Products Liability Litigation and In re Gadolinium-Based Contrast Agents Product Liability Litigation. Ms. Kraft has had significant involvement working with expert witnesses in many disciplines critical to establishing liability issues in pharmaceutical cases, such as

- Clinical trial studies
- Manufacturing practices of pharmaceutical companies
- Epidemiology/post-marketing studies
She also represents clients in many other prescription drug cases, including NuvaRing®, Trasylol®, and the Fentanyl Pain Patch. She has spoken about the In re Ortho Evra® Products Liability Litigation at national seminars.
Ms. Kraft has represented clients successfully in state and federal court in jury and bench trials. She has argued before the Appellate Court of Illinois Fifth Judicial District and obtained favorable rulings from the Third and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
For her professionalism, quality and expertise in legal work, and ethics, Ms. Kraft received an "AV" rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible from this organization of her peers. She was selected by members of the Missouri Bar to serve on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, a position she presently holds. Ms. Kraft is also a member of
